Fixed some more bugs, addressed some more feedback

Version 1.02 release

• You can now continue playing after maxing if you save and reload the game! There's no new content beyond it however.
• Fixed a visual bug in the prestige talent tree
• Fixed some bugs around the max cape
• You can now auto click open bird nests, and the prestige talent clicking works on them as well
• A few other visual changes
• Added a windows version of the game to download
